Brief papers are designed for concise 10-15 minute presentations, which can be authored by individuals or groups.
It is essential that the abstract aligns with the main theme of the conference and linked to the conference's sub-themes.
Brief papers will be organized into panels aggregating common or complementary topics. Each panel will allow for a brief Q&A session with the audience.
During the ICPEC, poster sessions will be available. Poster presentations can be created by individuals or groups, and at times, the author(s) of the poster will be present to answer questions from participants.
Posters should be formatted in A1 size (59 x 84 cm; 23 x 33 inches) and suitable for showcasing research reports, including case studies, completed research projects, pilot studies, or work-in-progress studies.
The word count for the poster content should be within the range of 300 to 800 words.
We encourage the effective use of text by utilizing bullets, numbering, and headlines to enhance readability. Additionally, is recommended incorporating design elements such as figures, graphics, and color.
